• Con l'ausilio della tabella di spinta, calcolare il tipo ed il numero dei cuscini necessari a divaricare le bancate.
• Effettuare preventivamente una pulizia dei bordi e delle superfici delle bancate da divaricare.
• Procedere all'introduzione dei cuscini, facendo attenzione che tra la parete ed il cuscino non cadano detriti e/o schegge di materiale.
• Posizionare le apposite lamiere curvate per assicurare la protezione dagli spigoli taglienti delle bancate.
• Collegare ai cuscini i tubi di gonfiaggio e di controllo permanente della pressione.
• Collegare le due cordicelle per il recupero agli anelli presenti sul bordo superiore del cuscino, legando le estremità opposte a punti fissi.
• Collegare i tubi di gonfiaggio alle centraline mediante l'inserimento degli innesti rapidi.
• Collegare le centraline alla sorgente d'aria (es.compressore diu cava, ecc.).
• Iniziare le operazioni di immissione aria agendo sui dispositivi delle centraline, rispettando le disposizioni di sicurezza.
• Durante il divaricamento, accertarsi sempre di rimanere nei limiti dei valori della pressione di sicurezza in relazione alla divaricazione di volta in volta raggiunta.

• With the help of the thrust table, determine the type and yhe number of cushion required to pull the stone blocks apart.
• First clean the edges and the surfaces of the stone blocks to be pulled apart.
• Push the cushions in being careful that no debris and/or splinters fall between the stone block and the cushion.
• Position the curved plates to assure a good protection against the cutting edges of the stone blocks.
• Connect the inflation and permanent pressure control hoses to the cushions.
• Tie the two pull-back strings to the rings on the upper edge of the cushion and then tie the free ends to fixed points.
• Connect the inflation hoses to the inflation stations by means of the quick coupling.
• Connect the inflation stations to the air source ( for instance, quarry compressor, etc.).
• Start intaking air by operating the inflation station devices. Make sure you follow any safety requirement.
• While the pulling apart, is taking place, always make sure to remain within the safety pressure values according to the opening achieved at any time.

ATTENZIONE

L'operazione di inserimento dei cuscini EV36/S o EV54/S può risultare difficoltosa a causa dell'ampiezza del taglio (se inferiore ai 9mm) o dell'irregolarità sul piano verticale della bancata (che impedisce il corretto inserimento delle lamiere di protezione). In questi casi si può impiegare il Cuscino EV10/S (di soli cm140x80) portando la pressione a 8 bar ed aumentando cosi' la divaricazione a 5cm. Calzando poi il blocco ed estraendo il cuscino EV10/S si possono agevolmente inserire gli altri cuscini calandoli totalmente fin sotto ail piano orizzontale della bancata.

The insertion of the EV cushions 36S or 54S may be difficult because of the width of the cut (if this is less then 9mm) or the unevennes of the vertical plane of the stone blocks (wich may hinder the correct insertion of the protection plates). In these cases, EV10/S Cushion (only 140x80cm) should be employed. By bringing the pressure to 8 bar, you will increase the opening up to 5cm. Put wedges under the stone block and pull the EV10/S cushion out. At this point you should be able to insert the other cushions easily dropping them completely under the horizontal plane of the stone block.
